What does "MarTech" mean?

The term MarTech describes the merging of marketing and technology. Everyone who has to do with digital marketing has to do with MarTech, there is no digital marketing without software.

A marketing technology landscape or "MarTech Stack" shows the mix of software providers used in a company for marketing - and, depending on the case, also for sales.

As a marketing manager, you should have an opinion on what software makes sense for your industry and how technology can help make a positive difference to your business.

2

Plan the roadmap for your Future MarTech Stack

We jointly replace or supplement software modules (your STACK) and develop your roadmap for how you would like to work with IT, sales and management in the future.

MarTech - Use of software in marketing

Marketing has changed.

Without the right software, the customer experience cannot be designed and coordinated.

What does the latest software enable, what does the interaction with your CRM or ERP look like and how do you further develop your software landscape.

  • Functions for your customer experience

  • "Fit" into your IT (integration)

  • Cooperation with IT: influencing software decisions and joint planning

Roadmap to the optimal MARTECH stack

We compile a snapshot of your current software landscape and work with you to develop the target image for your future software combination in marketing and sales. The basis is the desired customer experience and automation of the processes.

  • Presentation of your current MarTech stack (graphical and tabular)

  • Development of the future software combination and the roadmap to it

  • Planning the phases for implementation

Optimization of the MARTECH stack

Many systems and smaller apps are used in marketing and sales - mostly more than you think. We compile a snapshot that is as complete as possible and optimize your MarTech stack based on user satisfaction, functional scope and costs.

  • Overview of current software components with evaluation (usage, costs ...)

  • Optimization suggestions and procedure for implementation

  • Communication for your own organization (management, sales and IT)
